Who Can Purchase

Products & Accuracy

  • All products are subject to availability.

  • We do our best to show colours and details accurately, but screens can vary.

  • Product descriptions are provided in good faith and based on normal use.

Pricing

  • All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD).

  • Prices include GST unless stated otherwise.

  • Prices may change without notice.

Orders

  • Placing an order is an offer to purchase.

  • Orders are only confirmed once you receive an order confirmation email.

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to stock issues, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

Payment

Payment must be received in full before orders are shipped. We do not offer Buy Now Pay Later services.

Delivery & Risk

Delivery timeframes are estimates only. Risk passes to you once your order is delivered to the address provided.

Liability

Nothing in these Terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
