Refund policy
Your Rights Under Australian Consumer Law
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure, and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
Change of Mind Returns

We accept change-of-mind returns within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

Items showing signs of use, training, or washing cannot be returned.

Sale items are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.
This does not affect your rights under Australian Consumer Law for faulty or misdescribed items, including sale items.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If you receive an item that is faulty, damaged, or not what you ordered:

Contact us as soon as possible with your order number and photos if applicable.

We will assess the issue and offer a repair, replacement, or refund in line with Australian Consumer Law.
Refunds

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method.

Shipping fees are not refundable for change-of-mind returns.
Return Shipping

Change-of-mind return shipping is the customer’s responsibility.

We cover return shipping for faulty or incorrect items.
